How do you appy eyeliner in the tightline way ? how do you tightline your eyeliner and how does it look different than just regular eyeliner ?

Tightlining is when you put eyeliner on the little rim of skin under your upper lashes. To do this take your finger and pull up on your eyelid. Now take your pencil liner and put some eyeliner on that little rim of skin. (this will tickle a lot till you get used to it). It makes your lashes look thicker. (:
