Ok. I was very skeptical about trying this because I am a MAC girl! But I must say I really like this foundation. Although I must say, my first application, I used too much, and didnt like the results. But my second application was flawless. It last all day, and it looks natural. Just be careful not to use too much. Thanks Tierra, another great idea.

I have taken care of my hair like this for years: shea butter, natural oils, black mud, water, and aloe vera and my hair isn’t even BSL I don’t think. I keep getting told to straighten but Im not sure about all that. What am I doing wrong? Is it genetics?
I ordered raw ivory shea butter and got it today, made up a batch…lol my jar wasn’t big enough so I had to put it in 3 jars. Shea butter mixture has an oily feel, so I will have to use a really small amount for my braid or twist outs.
I just made this Shea butter mix last night and I’m soooo happy with it! It came out looking like marshmallow fluff

Ok.. I have a Question… I ordered what was advertised as “unrefined” shea butter… but it seems a bit “mushy” not in its Block formed as seen here in the Video… i think this shea butter is mixed with Vasiline(sp)… is this still ok to use?
I only have to wait for my raw ivory shea butter (amazon $10-2lbs), coconut oil (walmart $10.00), vitamin E (walmart $3.50), and I already use castor oil, jojoba and olive oil, so I am looking forward to making this butter. Question, do I store this in the refrigerator or am I able to keep on my bathroom counter?
I’ve been trying to make my own remedies but I find it hard and expensive to get all the good stuff. Do you get your ingredients from a shop near by you or do you get if from an internet site?

Great video! Thank you for sharing! Just a suggestion: I would highly recommend mashing the shea butter to smaller pieces using a potato masher so it’s easier to whip/blend. That’s just me though!
