seems simple enough. But when I do it I look like a racoon and a cheap one at that! Is there a certain technique for wearing black eyeliner (all around the eyes) without looking trashy?

if you look at Kim, and look as if she was an ordinary person – than you’ll find her looking trashy as well…

First, why would you want to wear makeup like someone else? Why not wear something that enhances YOUR own beauty. If you must wear liner around the eye, just put it close to the lashes above and below. Use a fine line brush.
I’m sure you want to look classy and not trashy. You do you and that’s the best look you can have. Good luck!
1st get a good eyeliner. decide if you want a pencil or a liquid liner. if ur a beginner i would say go with a pencil. but, the brush (Ifind) is easy as well especially the felt tip ones. make sure 2 do clean lines close 2 the lashline, dont cake it on 2 much or you will indeed end up with racoon eyes lol. plus you can always add more 2 get ur desired look =)
switch to lakme or dove s skincare products..u can go for pencil one if u r beginner or switch to…liquid if u r mastered at ok…
