I want a DIY costume because i dont really like to spend a ton of money on the stupid little sotumes any suggestions??

I just kept thinking a gypsy would be an easy costume to make. If you have scarves, and bracelets, and big chandelier earrings, it is easy. You wear a flowing skirt and peasant blouse maybe a belt. Tie a scarf around your head/hair, and wear sandals. Wear necklaces and scarves and bracelets and earrings, and some bells too.
You could use a white sheet to make a toga and go as a greek goddess. Put some leaves in your hair, wrap the toga around yourself, along with sandals and jewelry and you are finished.
Wear all black with sunglasses and boots- you can go as a secret agent. Wear a red jacket with a hood, and a skirt while carrying a covered basket and you can be little red riding hood.
These are Just some ideas. You could always go to goodwill. That can be a great place to get clothing and costumes cheap.

Your going to need a little money.
Lets say under $ 10.
You can buy a cheap wig or hair decor.
Buy a cheap dress from the thrift store and some heels or funky boots or something cool.
Put then together and buy some face paint and fake blood.
Or paint your face blue or any other color and get one of those cheap birthday hats from the dollor store and cover it will blue material and then get a cheap blue dress from the second hand store and in sharpie write “Crayon”
You can be a crayon !
