HELLO, I wonder if these brushes are really duo Fibres (have natural bristles and synthetic bristles) and are dense or soft? I’m dying to buy in sacks despite being expensive, but I’m afraid of being only synthetic bristles! kisses
i think its a good set for the price. You cant compare it to the original ones since its a lot more expensive. For me its a good buy instead of using no brand name brushes.
I’d agree with @puddycat11385, I went to MAC to buy the regular 187 brush. Asked one of the assistants there, and she had no idea what the 187 brush was!!
I Dont feel like I was suckered into anything. From what I was told by multiple sales people at more than one MAC counter– there isn’t much variance in quality as they are synthetic. All in All, whether this is true or not, I am happy with my purchase.
another person who got suckered into buying macs “special edition” crap brushes. these brushes are not the same as their regular pro full size brushes. these are made in bulk by machine and their full size brushes are made by hand and theyre great quality. you can ask the mac sales person. they’ll tell u, unless theyre dumb and dont know. youre better off buying their full size brushes as u can afford it as these SE brushes wont last.

LOL. Yes, I agree the bag is ugly. The holiday collection could have been more festive than sterile, but hey…what really matters is the product, not the packaging , right? I really do enjoy my brushes and they are great for blending. I only saw shedding the first use for just the 187S. But that’s it. IMO its a great buy if you need them.
I just brought this today. The bag they could have done better with…it was ugly. I am thinking of returning the set I have for the one you brought. Mine just didnt move me…they coulda did better with the holidays sets in my opinion.
@SweetCarolineLovesYa, I did experience Shedding and there were actually a few hairs sticking out of the 187 brush before I used it. On Second take, looking at the brush heads up close, they do not look like the same quality MAC’s used to– However they did an excellent job in my makeup application (I used 3/4 brushes). I would say it was a good buy for the price. Hope this helps!
i really want this bag for the 187 brush….But so many people say that the quality of the 187 SE is really poor quality. Do you think that it is as good as the full size? When you used the 187 did you experience shedding?

these brushes are not the same quality as the individual brush. but they are cheaper
